Grilled Rosemary Potatoes

2 lbs. red potatoes
¼ cup olive oil
Potato Seasoning
1 teaspoon rosemary
¾ teaspoon oregano
And so on.

  • Step number one. Combine the potato seasoning mixture in a small bowl and set aside.
  • And then, Slice the potatoes into ½ inch thick slices. I like to thinly slice the round ends off so that each side of potato is able to lay flat on the grill.
  • Next, Place the potato slices into a large bowl and drizzle them with olive oil.
