120 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
150 grams (3/4 cup) caster sugar or granulated sugar
90 grams (1/2 cup) brown sugar
3 large eggs

  • Step number one. Preheat oven to 180 C (360 F). Line an 8 inch square baking tin with baking or parchment paper.
