One Pot Steak Fajitas

1 tbsp Butter Unsalted
1 tbsp Oil
1.5 pound Steak Flank, Sirloin or Skirt steak, Thinly sliced into 1/2 inch strips
2 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Paprika

  • Step one. Heat butter and oil in a nonstick pot or pan over medium-high heat.
  • After it, Add steak and sprinkle chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic, cayenne pepper, cumin powder, cornstarch, salt, pepper and mix everything together.
  • Step 3, Saute for about 2 minutes or until steak slices are slightly brown and no longer pink and raw on the outside. It won’t be fully cooked through!
