1 lb spaghetti
6 slices pancetta chopped, or bacon
2 cloves garlic minced
3 eggs
1 cup parmesan cheese shredded

  • First step, Whisk eggs, parmesan cheese and black pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
  • After it, Cook pancetta over medium heat until crisp. Remove from pan and add garlic. Cook 1 minute.
  • After it, Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
