Ingredients:3 large apples, gala or granny smith3-4 tsp cinnamon (I like using Frontier)1 tbsp of Truvia or 0 calorie sweetener2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup (I used Vermont’s)1/4 cup water (adjust accordingly, apple size affects this)Check below.Instructions: First step, Slice up the apples on a cutting board. I went with larger slices, but dicing works as well. And now, Pour water in a small pot and drop the apples in. Begin cooking on a medium heat. After it, Add cinnamon and 1 tbsp of sweetener. Stir everything together so the cinnamon and sweetener coats all of the apples. Lid the pot and let them cook on a medium-low heat for about 20 minutes, checking in and stirring every 5 minutes are so. You want the apples to be soft, but not mushy.
