1 1/2 teaspoons quick-rise yeast
2 1/2 cups gluten free all purpose flour blend or regular all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar

Instructions:
  • Step number one. For the dough:
  • And now, Stir yeast into warm milk with a pinch of sugar and set aside to proof. In a large bowl, stir flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt together until combined.
  • Step three, Cut cold butter into dry ingredients until butter pieces are very small {the size of small peas}. Pour in warm milk mixture and stir until dough comes together.
