Batter Ingredients
4 large eggs
1 2/3 cups sugar
1 cup oil I used avocado oil
15 oz canned pumpkin

Instructions:
  • Step number 1. Preheat oven to 350° F and lightly grease TWO 9"x13" baking pans.
  • Step two, Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. Set aside.
  • After that, In a second bowl, combine eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin. Mix together well.
